THINGS TO REMEMBER-Most products (albums, SG, etc.) I sell are pre-order and secured depending on the Product demand unless otherwise stated.- On hand products (mostly albums and photocards ) can be ship after you pay
unless there are request from buyers (e.g., combined shipping)-Ordered products are delivered on my KOREAN address or JAPAN address and after ship out. The ETA is in span of 4-8 weeks if no delays. ( take note of date the shop shipped the item ).PAYMENT-Down Payment is not refundable when the product you ordered is already been secured to our supplier-We can refund your Down payment when the product is Sold out/out of stock.-Down Payment, Cash on Delivery, Extension of Date of Payments, are not tolerable unless otherwise stated. P50 php will levied each day..ORDER CANCELLATION-Once you claim the item or filled out the form, cancelling of Order is not acceptable. A cancellation Fee of 50% of your total order will be charged. If you failed to comply on our terms, you will be posted as joy miner / bogus buyer and would be blocked in my account..SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
-PLEASE DONT RUSH SHIP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ( i shipped the items every SATURDAY - SUNDAY )-Ethanbns_PH will not held any responsible for any damage/lost of parcel made by local courier. We always assure the items of our customer are taken care of.-Ethanbns _ PH will not held any responsible for any lost parcel/items if the customer stated a wrong address in the order form.-Changing any details in your form will be entertained thru our DM..RETURN AND EXCHANGE ITEMS-Return and Exchange is only allow when we delivered a wrong item (wrong version of album, PCs, Etc.)-for us to confirm the we delivered/shipped out wrong item, I need an UNEDITED AND CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO (the video must start to unopened parcel). We the sellers strongly advised the customers to record themselves opening the package as proof if this occurs.NOTE : EDITED AND UNCLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO = NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE!-When the Product are TINGI, ALL CODES MUST BE TAKEN TO PUSH THRU AND SECURED THE PRODUCT.
